General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the photography services offered by Jérémy Talens, sole proprietor, hereinafter referred to as "the photographer."
Reservation
The booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of the signed contract and payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total service amount.
Rates
Prices are listed in euros and reflect the rates in effect at the time the quote is signed.
Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the wedding, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the contract.
Cancellation
If the client cancels, the deposit paid is non refundable. If the photographer cancels due to force majeure, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
Delivery
The photographs are delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time the contract is signed, through a private, secure online gallery.
Intellectual Property
The photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer, in accordance with French intellectual property law. Clients are granted a right of use that is strictly personal and non commercial.
Image Usage
Unless the client states otherwise in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use certain images from the service for communication purposes, such as the website, social media, or portfolio.
Liability
The photographer agrees to take all necessary steps to ensure the proper performance of the service, under an obligation of means.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
